  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently serve the following cities in the Greater Oklahoma City area: Bethany, Del City, Edmond, Guthrie, Midwest City, Moore, Mustang, Oklahoma City, Newcastle, Nichols Hills, Nicoma Park, Norman, Shawnee, Spencer, The Village, Warr Acres, Yukon.
  • How do I make sure there is room for your cart at my event?
    Our cotton candy cart is 4.3ft wide and 7.5ft tall. We will need an 8x8 space for our stylish attendants to operate in. For smaller packages: our cart and treat wall, we recommend setting aside a 12x8 space. For larger packages: our cart, treat wall, backdrops, and other décor, we recommend setting aside a 17x8 of space. Also, if your event takes place on an upper floor level, we will require elevator access.
  • How long does it take to set-up and take down?
    For our cart set-up, we request access to an event site at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your event. Cart set-up with additional décor may require access at least 60 minutes prior. Takedown may require the same amount of time as set-up.
  • What are the power requirements for your cotton candy machine?
    Our cotton candy machine requires us to have access to a dedicated circuit power source within at least fifteen feet. Also, the machine can be loud, but most events will tune out the sound.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking which will be applied toward your final invoice. The balance is due at least 14 days prior to your event date.
  • What if I need to cancel my reservation?
    A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable, however, can be applied towards a future booking within 1 year of your initial event date.
  • Will you work my Event Planner or Wedding Coordinator?
    Absolutely! We'd love too! Just connect us with them and we will work together to make your event amazing!
